2025 in Review

As the year comes to an end, we would like to share some milestones and celebrate our team here at WWLA.

2025 was a very busy year and the company welcomed 4 new starters.  In the Bay of Plenty office, Beth Murphy started in September.  In our Auckland office, Barbara Tasca  started in September, and in December, Daniel Ware joined us and Benji Williamson started a full-time role.  We also welcomed back Jaide Derbyshire from parental leave in June.

We celebrated 3-year anniversaries for Jennie Haines, Shane Moore, Becki Williamson and Benji Williamson, and 5-year anniversaries for Cherise Martin.  We also celebrated the birth of Ollie in November, the son of our Bay of Plenty based hydrologist Josh Mawer and his partner Heather.

We continued working with our long-term relationship clients who we value immensely and welcomed many new clients who we aim to deliver strongly for and convert into long-term client.  We have undertaken many interesting and significant projects this year, and reflecting on this, there is a great sense of pride within the company of the deep trust our clients place in us for such high-stakes work.

We would like to wish all our clients and our team a Merry Christmas and we look forward to working with everyone in 2026.
