Jaide Derbyshire - 3 years at WWLA

Congratulations to Jaide, who recently celebrated her 3-year anniversary of working at WWLA.

Based in our Kumeu office, Jaide works as an Intermediate Hydrologist and is also a shareholder in the company.  Over the last 3 years, Jaide has made a significant contribution to the company, building strong relationships across the business and becoming a trusted and highly valued member of the team.

Jaide’s career at WWLA has continued to develop, and she has recently stepped into a senior position with responsibility for coordinating resourcing across both the Hydrology and Hydrogeology teams. This is a key role that draws on her strong understanding of the two disciplines, her practical approach and her ability to see where skills and capacity are most needed. Her versatility and depth of expertise make her a go-to person for advice, problem-solving and support.

Alongside her work in hydrology and hydrogeology, Jaide brings specialist capability in CAD design. She has recently taken the lead in training other members of the team, sharing her knowledge and helping to build capability across WWLA whilst expanding the range of services we can offer to our clients.

Thank you for all your hard work and commitment to the company Jaide, we are grateful to have you as part of the team and look forward to working together for many more years to come.
