What a wonderful spring day to start work in NZ at WWA. We are pleased to welcome Hangjian Zhao onto the team. Having flown in from the US a few days ago, Hangjian's first assignment is lithological logging with a drill crew on the banks of the Waikato River near Taupo. Hangjian has a double Master of Science in Hydrogeology and Water Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His thesis was "Evaluating Seepage Lake Drought Resilience Using Stable Isotopes of Water and Groundwater Flow Models". We look forward to developing Hangjian's career in the water management sector in New Zealand.
