Raffe Mahon joins ALGA Emerging Professional Special Interest Group

WWLA Graduate Raffe Mahon was recently selected to join the committee of the ALGA Emerging Professionals Special Interest Group.

This group was established to encourage the engagement of contaminated land and groundwater professionals with less than three years of industry experience.

Throughout the year they aim to get more emerging professionals involved with the wider ALGA network and branch events, provide opportunities to develop general and technical skills, relay industry specific content to emerging professionals and maintain diversity across Australasia and all industry sectors.

Raffe is looking forward to getting stuck into some work with the rest of the committee over the next year.  It is great to see young staff members getting involved at industry level, which will great for their career development and something we strongly encourage at WWLA.
