Bayleigh joined the WWLA team in May 2026 as a Graduate Contaminated Land Scientist.

Bayleigh has a Masters in Environmental Science (First Class Honours) from the University of Auckland, specialising in Coastal Geography. She also worked at Auckland Council as an Environmental Monitoring Intern for 8 months during her studies, assessing resource consents and undertaking risk assessments.

Bayleigh combines coastal systems expertise with a detail-oriented approach to research and field analysis. She is a practical problem-solver committed to continuous skill development.

Bayleigh values working in teams and tackling complex environmental issues and in her free time she enjoys hiking, gardening, baking and reading.
