Daniel Ware

Environmental Advisor

Daniel is an Environmental Advisor who joined the WWLA contaminated land team in November 2025.
He holds a BSc (1st Class Hons) degree in Chemistry from the University of Auckland brings over 5 years of professional experience in environmental consulting across New Zealand and the UK.
Daniel is passionate about delivering practical and cost-effective solutions to complex ground condition challenges. While his main focus is contaminated land, he also brings valuable expertise in asbestos management from his previous work as a qualified assessor and surveyor.
He has led and supported ground investigations on projects ranging from small residential developments to major infrastructure works, including Auckland’s City Rail Link and the Port of Tilbury upgrades in London.
Outside of work Daniel spends time enjoying outdoor sports such as skiing and kite surfing, or simply getting stuck into DIY projects around the house and garden.
