WWLA would like to welcome Nicola Cowley to the Kumeu Office.
Nicola joined WWLA in September 2023 as a Principal Planner.
Nicola holds a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Studies (Hons) from Massey University and a Bachelor of Arts (Archaeological Studies) from the University of Kent. She has 26 years planning experience both in New Zealand and the UK.
Nicola has been involved in a wide range of resource consent projects, including large scale residential, subdivision, industrial, commercial and rural developments. Nicola has prepared expert evidence and has appeared as a witness in the Environment Court and at Council resource consent hearings. In addition, Nicola has experience in providing advice to clients on policy matters including notice of requirements, preparing submissions to plan changes and has appeared at Council plan change hearings.
